// Traffic → Conversion → CRM → Revenue

Your CRM and your ad account have never been introduced.

The click ID dies on your landing page, so your CRM has no idea where anyone came from and your bidding has no idea who paid. I show you exactly where it drops.

  • Every contact in the CRM says direct or unknown, even the ones you know came from an ad.
  • You can see which deals closed and you can see what you spent, and there is no way to connect the two.
  • Closed revenue never goes back to the ad platform, so the bidding keeps optimising toward form fills.

Recognise one of those? The link is almost always the same one.

// Free · 20 minutes · no pitch

You pick the time on the next screen. No call happens until you do.

// What the MAP actually is
You get

A diagram of your four links with the broken one marked, the reason it broke, and what it takes to fix.

It takes

Twenty minutes, live, on a screen share. Sent to you afterwards so you keep it.

You bring

Your website. Nothing to install, no account access required for the first look.

This is not a CRM implementation pitch. I work with the CRM you already have, and the map tells you what is missing in it regardless of who fixes it.

// From accounts I have actually audited
31 of 44
primary conversions worth $1 or $0

Across nine US home services accounts I audited. Nobody chose that number — it is the default value in the box, and it is what the bidding was trained on.

4 of 5
accounts could not see their own organic

Search Console was never linked to the ad account. One click, free, never done — so nobody could tell which clicks they were already getting for nothing.

$326 → $115
cost per lead, one month apart

Same budget, same campaigns. What changed was which conversions the account was allowed to count.

Client names withheld. Figures are from real audits, not estimates.

// Before you book
›Which CRMs does this work with?

Any CRM that can store a custom field on a contact. I have done it most often in GoHighLevel and HubSpot, and the mechanism is the same everywhere: capture the click ID, carry it to the record, push the closed value back.

›What is the click ID and why does it matter?

It is the identifier Google attaches to every paid click. It is the only thing that can connect a click to a person, and in most setups it is discarded by the form handler before it ever reaches the CRM.

›Can I test this myself right now?

Yes, in five minutes. Submit a lead through your own site with ?gclid=TEST123 on the URL, then open the contact in your CRM. If TEST123 is nowhere on it, that is the break.

›What changes once it is connected?

The bidding starts learning from closed deals instead of form fills, and your reporting can answer which campaign produced revenue. Those are the same change viewed from two ends.

›Do you do the implementation?

Yes, and the chain is connected within 30 days or the setup is free. But the map is yours either way, including the instructions if you want to hand it to your own developer.

Twenty minutes to find out which link is broken.

You keep the map whether or not we work together. If nothing is broken I will tell you that too.
