Terms of Service

1. Services

Javier Ayala provides digital marketing services including SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Google Ads management. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment

Monthly retainer services are billed in advance. One-time projects are billed as agreed. All payments are processed securely via PayPal. Subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

3. Deliverables & Timeline

Deliverables and timelines are agreed upon at the start of each engagement. Results in organic search and paid advertising depend on market conditions, competition, and factors outside our direct control.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to required accounts (Google Ads, Google Search Console, website), accurate business information, and prompt feedback on deliverables.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. Client data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables created specifically for them. Javier Ayala retains rights to methodologies, tools, and frameworks developed independently.

7. Limitation of Liability

Javier Ayala's liability is limited to the fees paid in the most recent 30-day period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Javier Ayala reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of these terms.
